The internal fit-out of a butchery revolves largely around the cold room and refrigeration requirements. The design philosophy originated from keeping the front of house compact with a transparency element to the back of house preparation side of the butchery.

This design approach created an interior that resembles a deli, highlighted by the bull ceiling installation that showcases the Butchery's logo.
