Phumelela was originally offices, first converted into apartments, and has now been updated into student accommodation, which houses 500 residents. Situated near Pretoria universities and transport nodes, it offers students services like Wi-Fi, security, and parking spaces. Each spacious and cheerfully decorated room contains an in-built kitchen facility, as well as plentiful and well-incorporated storage spaces. The building offers a study area, laundry room, gym, and games room – additions that culminate into an ideal living space.
