All communication channels within INSITE ARCHITECTS are monitored strictly in accordance to the Regulation of Interception of Communication and Provision of Communicate-Related Information Act 70 of 2002 (“RICA”) regulates the interception or monitoring of paper-based and electronic communications, Section 6.

The users agree that any and all communication channels by or to them may be intercepted, monitored and stored by authorized INSITE ARCHITECTS personnel. No unauthorized person will have access to this information without the permission of the CEO of INSITE ARCHITECTS.

3.3     DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL EMAIL

The use of the INSITE ARCHITECTS email domain is subject to the provisions of an Information Security Policy for Electronic Communications agreed to in writing by persons provided with a INSITE ARCHITECTS email domain address. While limited personal use of the domain is permitted by INSITE ARCHITECTS any emails addressed from the INSITE ARCHITECTS email domain which are unrelated to INSITE ARCHITECTS business, or made outside the course and scope of the employment of the addressor of the email, do not necessarily express or reflect the views and/or opinions of INSITE ARCHITECTS and INSITE ARCHITECTS disclaims any liability of whatever nature arising from use of the INSITE ARCHITECTS email domain for personal use or use outside of the course and scope of the addressors employment.
