This building was constructed to be comfortable and stylish accommodation for staff and teachers of GIS. The accommodation marries elements of community living with the privacy of individual apartments. The internal light-well adds an airy, open atmosphere to the space and provides it with a unique sense of natural comfort, as does the incorporation of flashes of green against the darker tone of the building.
