House among trees and House on the Dune are luxurious beach homes with spectacular views over Gericke point in Sedgefield as well as a valley on the Northern end of the stand.
House among the trees is enveloped by 6 Milkwood trees and the design strategy was to create a home nestled between the trees. This resulted in a L-shaped floor plan with a lower level consisting of a garage and cottage-like guest room. The ground level boasts a spectrum view of the ocean, valley and Milkwood trees. The upper level consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms with magnificent views
House on the Dune’s design approach followed the same pattern as its neighbour but in more compact way as not as many Milkwood trees occupy this stand. This 4 bedroom haven boasts spectacular views of both valley and ocean with natural light dappling all sides of this home.
