VDM Bistro

VDM Bistro is an intimate little restaurant in Sedgefield with its original roots in the Karoo where the restaurateurs originally started a restaurant. The logo design reinforces the origin with a tumbleweed rolling through the wind storms in the heart of the Karoo. The restaurant opened after a challenging time during the pandemic and has grown immensely since 2021.

The rustic chic interior makes the most of a narrow space and creates pockets of intimate seating in these spaces with dark walls, feature artworks and checker floors.
